At GlowMix Remedies, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

✨ Returns

Because our body balms are personal care items, returns are limited for safety and hygiene reasons.

Eligible for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is in resellable condition


Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered-with body balms
  • Products damaged due to customer handling, melting, or improper storage
  • Sale or discounted items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

 

✨ Damaged, Melted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

✨ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the issue is our fault.

✨ Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like to purchase a different item, please submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • An incorrect item was sent
